On Sunday evening, in a very quiet and meaningful gathering, the church met for its first Blue Christmas service. We sang. We prayed. We cried. We laughed. We sought Gods comforting presence. It was a wonderful moment. And to end the service, Karen (our directory of hospitality ministries) gave to each person a pink or white rose as a symbol of Gods presence. She did this as a wonderful gift of love. What an awesome church! And what awesome servants to the Lord!
