On Wednesday, July 23, Trinity will send 5 experienced mission travelers to the Dominican Republic and Haiti for 9 days. This is the third trip of providing Play Therapy training. The goals of the training are to help parents, family members and healthcare workers learn how to use toys and games to help children develop gross and fine motor skills, visual perceptual skills, sensory processing skills and cognitive skills. They will work with children infant through school age, developmentally disabled, chronically ill and normally developing. The team is bringing the toys and games that will...and can later...be used in play therapy, as well as given to families to use at home with their children. Please hold these travelers in your prayers...and keep checking in for pictures and stories of God-sightings.
