On Wednesday, thanks to all the wonderful people, support, and donations that we have received for the Collin Snider Firefighter Scholarship Fund, we sign papers and transfer 10,005.16 dollars out of the fund to Walla, Walla Community Foundation. They take care of it from there. People can still and always will be able donate to the Collin Snider Firefighter Scholarship Fund through them. A 500.00 scholarship will go out to students pursuing fire/ems degrees. Will start in 2015 and be there forever. First choice will be students from W-M then will go to students Eastern Oregon Region.
