On a clear, cool night with no rain or snow in sight, the pretty - TopicsExpress

On a clear, cool night with no rain or snow in sight, the pretty one and I took to the interstate for the first time since Ive owned it. Took a trip out to my very favorite restaurant, which is two or three towns away. With dusk clouds and sunlight across the hood, the car handled 70 mph interstate driving like you and I would handle a homemade apple pie -- a favorite treat to be gobbled up. Acceleration was great, shifted smooth as a sewing machine, and no noise, knocks or smoke. I really like the 88 models. The car definitely wants new shocks to tighten up handling, but the ride was still unparalleled. Normally in the other vehicles my legs are stiff and my back is aggravated from sitting for so long. This? This was a delight. Felt like a million bucks when I got back home. Not tired or sore at all. Nothing beats a Lincoln Town Car - absolutely nothing.
