On an auspicious friendship day, it was imponderable that we could all meet and celebrate it differently. It was serendipity to meet most of my dear friends right from my school to post graduation. This opportunity was provided by Genius Friends Association. The grand success of GFA Academic Fest-2013 was just icing on the cake. We as a team always faced the critic that as more and more batches pass out, our quantum of success will be on a bleeding edge. But it was disproved yesterday. We received around 1200 entries from various schools and colleges which is the best ever performance by team GFA out of all 6 Academic fests over 6 years. Most importantly, the team manifested thorough professionalism almost nearing Perfection. The talk on environment by Prof. Govinda Sharma enthralled the audience. Presence of Dr. C Drsharath Kumar C, Dr. S S Malini, Dr. C N Ravi Kumar, Rj Avinash Prasad, Prof Haleshappa, Prof Sampath Kumar, Prof Gayathri S, Suhas Subramanya, Rohith Mn, Shiva Prasad, Yathisha Gowda took the event to a greater height. It was great see its members painstakingly coming from various locations outside Mysore to take part in the event. Ultimately it was team GFA which ensured the run away success of GFA Academic Fest-2013. I would like to express my deep sense of gratitude to our Hon.President, Hon.Vice President, Honourary members and dignitaries for the support and constant guidelines. But last but not the least I thank all the members and volunteers of GFA for the efforts you all have put in for the success of the fest.
