On anniversary of Dr. Mohammad Sadegh Sharafkandi, the Secretary-General of the PDKI, Fatah Abdoli, the PDKI’s European representative, and Homayoun Ardalan, the PDKI’s representative for Germany we Kurdish nation mourn and remember them with such a great respect. One of the most difficult types of death to cope with is an assassination. We Kurds have thousands of assassinated people in our history. On 17th September 1992 the agents of the Islamic Republic of Iran (IRI) murdered three members of the Democratic Party of East Kurdistan (PDKI) at the Mykonos Restaurant in the Wilmersdorf district of Berlin, Germany. Moreover, after the assassination of immortal Kurdish leader, Dr Abdul Rahman Ghassemlou and his fellows in Vien, Austria, on July 13, 1989, the barbaric Iranian State assassinated Dr. Mohammad Sadegh Sharafkandi, the Secretary-General of the PDKI, Fatah Abdoli, the PDKI’s European representative, and Homayoun Ardalan, the PDKI’s representative for Germany on 17th September 1992. It is quite difficult for us to have such an enormous list of assassination anniversaries. But it is our reality and we have no choice but to accept it and follow on with our national freedom struggle. We Kurdish nation strictly condemn the constant and barbaric assassinations of Iranian State. Barbarism is against humanity, democracy and peace of the world. We would like to remind the barbaric Iranian state that Iran cannot prevent Kurdish nation from its freedom by assassinating Kurdish leaders. We Kurdish nation are not frightened of your barbaric methods towards us so we are more nationally and politically attached, united and constantly struggle for our occupied rights. We strongly believe that soon or later we’ll have our rights that are occupied by your barbaric regime. Immortal Kurdish leaders, Dr Abdul Rahman Ghassemlou and his fellows Abdullah Ghaderi Azar, Fadhil Rassoul, Dr. Mohammad Sadegh Sharafkandi, Fatah Abdoli, and Homayoun Ardalan, are alive in our hearts forever.
