On behalf of IEEE Student Branch,IIT Guwahati it gives me immense pleasure to share with you that we are officially inaugurating our new IEEE Student Branch Office at the first floor, Center for Educational Technology(CET) IIT Guwahati tomorrow i.e. 26th June 2013. In less than nine months time we have been able to get a good kickstart and achieve the following :- 1. IEEE Women in Engineering(WIE) body officially registered 2. Conducted two national level workshops having participants from from IIT-Madras,IIT-Indore, IIT-Basar, NIT-Manipur, NIT-Meghalay, NIT-Jaipur,NIT-Raipur, NIT-Silchar, NIT-Mirza, NIT-Nagaland, MNIT-Bhopal,NERIM, Gawhati University, MIT-Manipur, SRM University, Erode science college TamilNadu, GIMT Guwahati, Assam Engg College-Guwahati, Tezpur University, Jaypee University of Engg,Jorhat Engg College, Assam Engg college, Annamalai University Tamilnadu, Don Bosco University, RGUKT Hyderabad, SCSVMV University chennai,Haldia Institute of Technology West Brngaland Amritsar College of Engg Annamalai etc. 3. The official website launched (iitg.ac.in/cstw2013/index.html) 4. Office space for our IEEE Student Branch made available. We express our profound gratitude to the administration of IIT Guwahati for cooperating and providing assistance as and when required.
