On chest days I do my best to continuously do some type of bodyweight push-up during my rest time. On the bench, on the floor, with green eggs and ham. NEVER think that body weight exercises are useless! They can seriously be the difference between a good workout and a great workout! Also if you do dumbbell flyes try them without the palms face one another. I got this variation from my good friend @kelechi_opara. I get a deeper stretch, it takes stress off my elbows and triceps, and it helps keep me aligned while going into the eccentric movement so I dont sway the weight forward or backward.
