On monday I was officially released from the doctors to begin workouts after almost 10 weeks (due to bed rest at the end of pregnancy and then the postpartum 6 weeks) so yesterday I took before progress pictures, took my measurements, & body fat percentage, I did weigh myself too however Im not looking for progress on the scale mainly focusing on how I feel about myself, how my clothes fit, & working towards being strong and fit again :) Im truly excited to start my program :)
