On one of facebook group there is discussion on if we should use the Morden rulerships or not. yes I do use the modern planets in my work. I hate when astrologers tell me I dont use them because the old astrologers didnt use. Lets face it folks how can you something when they didnt know it existed. You can tell me that if the old astrologers had a car available they wouldnt use it if they have to travel 200 miles, but instead still use their horse? Availability can change peoples thinking. I dont know how an astrologer can say the old astrologers did not use them. Dont you realize that these were not available. Back in the late 50s when I first started calculating charts I did them long handed using a table houses and an ephemeris but Im smart enough to know that when computers came out I started calculating my charts with a computer. HERE IS A TEST. For any of todays astrologers who think that the old astrologers were smarter than us and everything they did we need to do the same thing, keep in mind that they calculated their charts without a table of house or an ephemeris. When todays astrologer thinks that they wont do something because the old astrologer didnt do it the modern way then it seems that the astrologer of today should calculate his charts without computers and go back to the old way without the use of a table of houses or ephemeris. When you can prove to me that you calculate your charts long handed without a computer I will respect your views about the old astrologers..... And I wont think you are a hypocrite.
