On the one hand government functionaries are expected to reach out to the public, be accessible and interact as much as possible; on the other most of the public services are being computerised and technology is used just to reduce the interaction between the public and the government functionaries. Do we need the interaction of the two or not in the first place? or this "interaction" is to be more qualified and pre defined!
