On the phone trying to change tickets for my in-Laws after a death in the family. This was the 5th time, for a total of 5hrs on the phone. NEVER USING EXPEDIA AGAIN. I HAVE REWARD POINTS WITH THEM, I PLAN TO GIVE THEM AWAY. I WILL NEVER GIVE THIS COMPANY MY BUSINESS AGAIN. Whats the point of having a call center that promises to call back, never does. Finally called the airlines and they quoted a lower price (about $120 less) to change the tickets than Expedia quoted, the agent told me Expedia dont make money on flight changes. This appears to say something different.
