On the set shooting my final DVD in the Yoga of Awakening Series called Mystic Flow. Ive been shooting, writing and recording for over two years now and am excited that it will soon be complete. Chakra Flow will be released on Jan. 27th and this one will be out early next year. Special thanks to Beyond Yoga for making my clothes special so that everything stays covered and in place!! Thanks also to Nancy Smith, Drummond West and everyone at Sounds True for being so supportive of my vision and using your skills, talent and guidance to help me bring it into the world. x
