On the special boards this evening - Oven baked Monkfish, stuffed with rosemary butter, wrapped in pancetta served with a roasted red pepper sauce & new potatoes, topped with char grilled asparagus. Fillet of Beef, fanned on a filo basket, filled with mushroom, leek & Stilton served with red onion marmalade & hassleback potatoes & a port jus. Pan fried Guinea Fowl served on spring green cabbage, lyonnaise potatoes, roasted vine tomatoes & balsamic & red wine sauce.
