Once Upon A Time ... In 1883 along the Northern Pacific Railroad as the tracks were being built so were settlements. This is one of three buildings left in a once bustling North Dakota town of Sims. At one point there were roughly 1,200 people who lived here. The setting is just beautiful. This is the Gray House. If you look at the work and detail of the house you would understand why it is still standing today. Only an old church is still standing with the house of the pastor. I love the view from the front room. You will see there still is an old living room chair facing the road.
