FEW IMPORTANT REMINDERS October 19th : Departure time : 6:00 am Arrival time : 8:00 am The weather in Santa Cruz is cold early in the morning. So, please wear long sleeves shirt. Agenda: Eat breakfast, a short debrief, pass out T shirts, and set up tables. Traffic Control: 6-8 people, Clean up: 5-6 people, Food servers: 3-6 people, Tabling: 2-4 people.
