Once again, the new year is upon us. New resolution...Im going to lose weight, Im going to do it this time. This is for good. Its my year! And then its February and your are off the wagon. I did this as well, only, I achieved my lifelong goal as pictured here. Ive worked years building muscle for this look, worked my ass off, dieted meticulously for 5 months, never cheating, never indulging. Cardio for 1-1/2 to 2 hours a day (morning & evening) plus heavy lifting. I planned every meal, weighed, measured, it took over my life. I made it, finally.... i was so happy with my body. BUT...I made one critical error. I didnt plan on how I was going to maintain that body. I planned everything to the T on how to get it...now what. There was so much going on in my life, at that time, so many things I care to never repeat in life again. After things settled, I went back to my old ways, not knowing how to maintain that without killing myself. The point of this is: plan, plan, plan. Set goals, answer as to how you will reach those goals, answer how you will maintain those goals once you get there. Be enthusiastic, be proactive and enjoy the journey. Ive done tons of research & found alternate ways to reach that goal again, much slower but with lasting results. Im once again working towards that goal, but with lifelong results in mind. Its your responsibility, YOU must plan & take action, not just for a couple months, but for life. Make it your year!
