Once again zoo Atlanta has made me upset. Brian and I wanted to get Ryan the elephant encounter at the zoo for Ryans birthday . Where Ryan could touch the elephant. I explained to the zoo that Ryan is autistic an that he sometimes will get to excited and have a little siezure. I asked them the price of the encounter because Ryan has always just wanted to touch the elephant. They told me the price. I then asked that if I would be able to accompany Ryan on the encounter because he would be in a wheel chair and he might have a little seizure or get to excited and end up not wanting to touch the elephant (I do not care to touch the elephant just néed to be there for Ryan) . They told me that for me to go on the encounter with him I would have to have a ticket to and that if Ryan was to get to excited and back out and not want to go anywhere near the elephant that I would not receive any refund.
