Once upon a time there was a man walking in the sand. While walking, a snake crossed his path and blocked him. The man kindly asked the snake to move but the snake refused. The man, stuck by the response, inquired as to why the snake would not move. The snake replied "I am here to take your life." The man, in full panic, stared into the eyes of the snake and dug his feet into the ground. The man exclaimed "I will not die today." The snake, staying as stone, replied, " I am here to take your life and there is nothing you can do. If you run I will beat you, if you swim, you will drown. There is no way around this." The man started to break down and ask why he had to be walking on the beach on this day. The snake explained that it was only here for this man. It was inevitable. "If I were not a snake today, I would have been a bird tomorrow." The man then begs the snake for his life back, saying he will change. The snake replied "I am not mad at your lifestyle. Though there are things we all would change, your life prior to this moment is irrelevant." The man, regaining his sense of self, decided to accept his new fate, but he asked the snake one last question: why? The snake replied, "I am a snake. But more than a snake, I am a force of nature. I am Death unveiled. And today, The Lord calls for us both" -
