One Off Transformational Yoga session, Monday, 2nd September, 7:30 -9pm Seal Pavilion hall, Seal, Sevenoaks, Kent Join us for this special one off Transformational Yoga session integrating the practice of Yoga with sound activation and breathwork. Emily will guide you through a unique Yoga experience working on the physical and subtle bodies to achieve rapid transformation of wellbeing. The class will be suitable for people of all levels. Emily developed her passion for Yoga while she was living in Mumbai in 2002. This inspired her to take the practice deeper. She took her first TTC in 2004 with the Sivananda organization in Kerala, Nyerdam, and later an advanced teaching course in Orleans, France, with Swami Kailasananda. She has also completed a training course with Karloine Klebe, in Ashtanga, in Dubai; an additional TTC with Guru Sivam Gi, at his Siddhartha School of Integral Yoga, Dharamshalla, Northern India and more recently a Transfromational Yoga TTC with Swami Vidyanand at the SriMa school of Yoga in Auroville, India. Her classes have been inspired by her study and extensive experience of Iyengar, Vinyasa, Kundalini,Yoga Nidra and Mantra Yoga, making her classes fun, integral and dynamic with something for everyone to connect with. .Cost per person £10 Please R.
