One Rogue Reporter, a full frontal assault on the tabloids, will be screened at the London Film School (LFS) on Tuesday, October 7th, The hour long film by ex Daily Star hack Rich Peppiatt and his partner in crime Tom Jenkinson is truly hilarious. And it is potent social commentary on the overweening power of the tabs, so recklessly exercised. Rich and Tom will be present for a short Q and A afterwards. And then there will be a booze up in the Seven Dials Club round the corner. The shows being staged by BECTU, the TV and film industry trade union. The LFS, at 24 Shelton Street, Covent Garden is hosting the event, which begins at 7.30 pm. Admission is free for BECTU members and only a fiver for non-members. Ive seen it already and I really do recommend it. Theres a trailer below. Its a series of belly laughs but it makes some very worthwhile points as well. And, ... ahem, when I say full frontal....
