One-Room apartment Available: We are vacation our room, the reason we want to move is that the place is too small to live with a child. We signed a two-year contract and according to the owner we cannot move unless somebody else hires it. The current room has full-option including a separate kitchen, Cooking-range, Refrigerator, Air Conditioner, Washing Machine and a Floor bed. The owner is looking for 300,000 KRW monthly rent with deposit money of 3000,000 KRW. Its a basement room. Attached parking area is available for bike, bicycle parking, drying clothes etc..
