One commenter perfectly articulated one of the [many] confusions the average person has about anarchy. >To say that anarchy is the answer to everything is just as much of a fantasy.. Its not that anarchy is the answer to everything. Anarchy is everything. All order emerges from a state of anarchy. As Tucker would say Anarchy is all around us. And so anarchists recognize this for what it is. Theres no coercive law forcing you to getup in the morning and go to work. Equally, theres no law forcing you to improve your life (a subjective to the individual judgment). If you wish not to improve it, you certainly dont have to, even if the state wants to pass a law coercing you to do so ie truancy laws for coercive education, etc. Anarchists make the simple argument that there doesnt need to be a state for people to improve their lives. Thats not a Utopian statement. Its not a value judgment. Its an is statement. This is how the world, how humanity, is. So, that lack of state control not coercing you -- based on the assumption the state knows whats best for you -- generally results in people doing whats best for themselves (despite all the hurtles the state puts in the way between the individual and employment -- like minimum wage laws, certifications, permits, licenses, criminal records, etc). State institutions forcing control intervention into certain elements of our lives doesnt eliminate anarchy. It just intervenes in it, providing politicians, their buddies, and agents of the state privileges everyone else doesnt have -- not only that, but at the expense of everyone else. #Agorist
