One day down. Congrats! Only 29 more to go :) Once you have completed todays workout, post under this photo DONE! How many of you will still be going strong at the end of this challenge? I want to help you all stay consistent and accomplish something you never imagined with this challenge. So lets take a look at the 3 key things to help you finish with a BAM and continue your journey to staying healthy and fit for life! 1. Aspire - Your vision, your want. What is it that you want with this challenge? It is more than I want to lose 5 lbs or I want to tone my thighs. It is ultimately what you will do when you reach your health and fitness goal. Who will you be? What will you be able to do? How will you feel? Envision that each and every day when you are going though this challenge! 2. Acquire - This step requires education, and I am here to help you with that! My goal is that you all walk away with some more knowledge that you did not have before. You are all gathering info you need in order to TAKE ACTION! This leads to step number 3... 3. Apply - This is the put what you have learned into action. Simple as that!
