One for the arrhythmia nerds (you know who you are). I don’t - TopicsExpress

One for the arrhythmia nerds (you know who you are). I don’t have any history, but I’m trying to get some. I do know that these ECGs were recorded 2 weeks ago on a 73 year old woman. The practitioner who recorded the first ECG (1) wasn’t happy with the quality, so immediately recorded another, which is ECG 2, and noticed that it showed the end of a tachycardia. She then made another recording (ECG 3) and it again showed the end of a tachycardia. I was asked what I thought is going on, and so far, having just looked at it briefly today, I’m really not sure. There are a few interesting and unusual features here and I would welcome opinions.
