One more week to sign up for the Starting Strength Level 1 Seminar. Great for seasoned AND novice lifters. The Starting Strength Seminar Level I is a 2-day seminar with proper execution of the Squat, Press, Deadlift, Power Clean and Bench Press as the focus. The 2-day format allows for lots of time under the bar under the guidance of Starting Strength Seminar Staff and Starting Strength Coaches as well as an abbreviated discussion on the anatomy, physiology and basic mechanics involved in the lifts.
