One of Chennais premium club bars a Judge wearing Dhoti to enter the premises siting the dress code rule !! If a person of the stature of judge is barred this way , think about ordinary people ? Mental slavery of such kind is not uncommon, I recall one of the incidents from one of my previous employers , when I was warned not to wear Kurta payjama on Friday even though this day is usually a casual wear day !! But again it was me , the great Gaurav Sharma who asked for a written warning and the matter got over right there !! :)
