One of my Christmas gifts from Ben was a sourdough starter (from Iowa---happy one year there!) kit and some other tools to make this recipe from Nourished Kitchen that Ive been itching to make...Im happy to report that it was perfect! I started the sourdough starter 4 days ago and we finally had enough bubbly goodness to make bread. We used my LeCreuset dutch oven and the Einkorn flour he purchased for me---the outer dough was crusty and flaky and the inside was soft and chewy.
