One of my all time favorite houses in Uptown Westerville is for sale. I guess living here 30 years I have fallen in love with a few older homes...but marrying a 68 husband the older homes are just not a good fit for us :)! Anyways this house is a gem & in the heart of uptown...just blocks away from the 4th Friday Happenings, local shops, places to eat & parks for the kids. Your kids could even have the I walked to school experience to share with their grand kids one day. Plus its just a a few blocks away from the Saturday Uptown Market that I run June -Aug. so it would give us another reason to see each other. :)! Knowing a few things about older homes this one has it all lots of character, charm, built in the 1880s, open floor plan, big kitchen with double oven...great for holiday cooking & two master suites. I dont work for the local real estate agent, nor do I know the home owner...just sharing one of my all time favorite homes for one of you to buy since I love it so much. Hint, Hint, Wink, Wink :)!
