One of my facebook friends from Cross River State living in the in the United States of America who read my profile on Godwin Jedy Agba on Saturday promptly in boxed me suggesting that my profiling of Godwin Jedy Agba amounts to an endorsement of his candidacy as Governor of Cross River State come 2015. I briskly and stoutly rejected the charge. I replied my friend that there is nothing in my write up to show that I have endorsed Godwin Jedy Agba. How on earth can I endorse somebody who is not a member of my Party, APC? Godwin Jedy Agba is a member of PDP. However, that does not mean because he is in PDP I cannot pass a comment on his aspiration. His aspiration to be Governor of my State is a matter of public interest and as a keen observe of public affairs, I have the constitutional right to comment on any matter of public interest. I will not allow partisanship to be cloud my sense of objectivity.
