One of my neighbors is a heartless bastard!!! Im so mad and sad right now!!!! You should be ashamed of yourself!!!! If you hit a dog you should stop!!!! Not hit it then take off you asshole!!!!! I get the fact that she dog broke her collar and that is why you hit her and I understand the fact that hitting her is not your fault but for you to not stop pisses me off!!! Again I know hitting her is not your fault! But how in the hell can you hit a part of my family and not even stop!?!?!?!?
