One of my new neighbors on the block is running a religious Association from their residence. This results in an extra 10-75 vehicles on the block at any given time and what seems to be a school during the day, becomes a gathering place for 50-75 vehicles every weekend evening and most weekday evenings. Is this at all legal? Dont they need special zoning approval ? I wouldnt be so bothered by simply all the street parking being taken by patrons of the one house, but they are also breaking the noise bylaw with music, chanting and games in the front park area well after 1030 pm. I guess I could call the police about the noise issues, but seriously can you just start a church/community center/school out of your residence???
