One of my patients; an (ADORABLE) 89 year old man - came in today to pick up his hearing aid. When he saw that I was back he exclaimed so loudly the entire office got quiet. It was a moment that made me feel so important to my patients. He hugged me so tight, I could tell I mean as much to him as he means to me. Day 27: I am thankful that my job allows me to truly make a difference in these peoples lives. Its a blessing. I LOVE what I do.
