One of the best, most interesting and flavorful recipes on my website is a big lamb ankle. Sure, it sounds super bizarre, but the braising technique turns the meat into luscious goodness, while all the spices and dollops of sweet from the figs and orange pull this dish together into very probably one of my top 10 favorites.
