One of the best ways you can protect your heart is by keeping it humble. Isaiah 57:15 says, For thus says the High and Lofty One Who inhabits eternity, whose name is Holy: I dwell in the high and holy place, with him who has a contrite and humble spirit, to revive the spirit of the humble, and to revive the heart of the contrite ones. Do you know what He’s saying here? He’s saying, if you humble yourself, I will revive your heart. As long as you keep your heart humble, I’ll keep it in good ground. Father, thank You that You have made a way for us to receive and understand Your Word. Please show me the areas in my heart that arent humble and give me grace so I can humble them.
