One of the hopeful promises that our Lord tells his disciples is that when he is gone, he will send the Comforter. Nevertheless I tell you the truth; It is expedient for you that I go away: for if I go not away, the Comforter will not come unto you; but if I depart, I will send him unto you. And when he is come, he will reprove the world of sin, and of righteousness, and of judgment: Of sin, because they believe not on me; Of righteousness, because I go to my Father, and ye see me no more; Of judgment, because the prince of this world is judged. (John 16:7-11 KJV) Now, if the believer is indwelt with the Holy Spirit and that Spirit leads us, then isnt it logical to assume that the Spirits ministry through us would include reproving the world of sin, righteousness, and judgment? Would it not be safe to assume that if your life and ministry is more concerned with making the sick comfortable in their sickness and encouraging the lost in their lostness, that you do not have the Holy Spirit in your ministry?
