One of the most commonly asked questions I hear is how can I exercise at home with my children? When I was maternity leave, to find the time to exercise, sometimes Id wake up early and do it before my children woke up; sometimes Id stay up late and do it after my children had fallen asleep. But sometimes, you just gotta roll with the punches and incorporate them into whatever youre doing. Babies and toddlers make great weights, and it shows your children that exercising doesnt have to be a chore. #MummyFitness
