One of the worst malware infections you can get is Conduit. How do you know you have it? If suddenly you are having trouble connecting to Internet or things have slowed to a crawl you might have it. If you get server not found or if every time you search for one thing you get a new page or tab with a different search engine you might have it. How do you get it? It comes with a lot of free software: cool games, nice utilities, shopping help, chances to win lots of money, etc. In short, you get it by clicking first without reading all the fine print --- Who has time for all that fine print??? Well, if you are one of the unfortunates who has clickety-clicked and gotten Conduit here are the steps to remove it.
