One of those days Thats how I felt, I think we all by nature push until we cant go any farther, not just during the WOD but just the amount we do, two a days, no rest days, and everything else. For me I have found that point. Simple things becoming harder, short workouts becoming longer, and light weights becoming heavier. Well folk its time I truly listen to my body, going to stick with my yoga Monday, eat cleanish, ice where I need to, work on getting my training sessions shorter and pick up in intensity!!! This is not me making excuses, this is me knowing my faults and working on my weaknesses!!!
