One or two years ago, Warner Home Video released a 2 disc DVD set which was a compilation of episodes from Batmans various animated series. It was all well and good except for one problem. They had episodes from Batman: The Animated Series, The Batman, and Batman Brave and the Bold. The classic Silver Age Batman by Filmation was left out. If it had been up to me, I would have included some episodes from both the 1968 and 1977 Batman shows and one or two episodes from the Super Friends that were Batman focused like Batman: Dead or Alive (1978) or the Fear (Super Powers Team) and then I would have included episodes from the 90s to the present tense. Now they actually did this with a 2 disc Superman animated release. Why not Batman? Silver Age Batman needs lovin too.
