One thing I have learned as I have travelled along my path these last years is to take in information and not until it fits well with me and that can mean me having to contemplate on it for some time can I accept it or dismiss or hold for one reason or another. It usually comes in an instant like a revelation, it just hits the right spot and then I know, not doubt. I know. It may not fit with another, but that is for them if it does for me then it sticks. I cannot now remember anytime when I have had to change my decision on acceptance and that is powerful in my experience.
