One thing my dad has always said: People change when it makes a difference for them to do so. At JillFit, we often talk about staying in our business. And my dads comment is relevant because when we hold out hope that someone can or *should* change out of what we deem best or so that *we* can be happy, this puts us mentally out of our business. And really, waiting on others to change is a game we can never win. People will always do what they do. So why not skip the middleman and just do what we need to do to make ourselves happy right now? No one else required :)
