But Jackson County didn’t back down, immediately responding with a 30-yard run by Clinton to slice the deficit to 30-14. Phillips scored Algood’s final touchdown with 5:51 left in the game, and Harris’ conversion run provided the Redskins’ final points. Clinton wasn’t done, though, as he scored one more touchdown from one yard out with 2:40 remaining for the final margin.
