Onegin(1999) is an American adaption of a Russian novel written by Alexander Pushkin 1837. Literary speaking, this work had amazingly reflected the urgent struggle between love and values which is significantly extrapolated from the conversations held between the actors. The entire work is a unique composition of overlapping feelings intersect in a point of antagonism. A young woman declares her everlasting love for a stranger as he rejects her letter and feeling toward him, thus, she predicts a curse would catch him. This prediction becomes subject of a turning point after they suddenly meet in an occasion when his old friend introduces her as his honorable wife.
