Only days after what would have been his 21st birthday, #RamarleyGrahams family, ColorOfChange members, civil rights groups, community supporters and elected officials will gather together to demand that #NYPD Officer Richard Haste is held accountable for stalking and brutally killing an unarmed Black youth. Join ColorOfChange.org, our partners Communities united for Police Reform (CPR), and dozens of New Yorkers standing shoulder to shoulder -- at 12:00 noon at 500 Pearl St., New York, NY -- to create the type of public pressure necessary to compel the DOJ to take action. Last August, the Department of Justice and U.S. Attorneys office stated that they are reviewing the case to determine whether Ramarleys civil rights were violated. But federal officials still havent launched a full investigation or brought federal charges against Ramarleys killer.
