Only had time for a short session tonight Diđ ladders on the treadmill- this means you keep increasing the spead not giving ypur body a break for example.... Start at speed 6 for a minute got to 7 for a minute - speed 8 for a minute! And so on Core workout. Lots of work on the lower abdominals Weights- Chest press -3sets of 10 reps Squats - 3 sets of 10 reps And I diđ trisets with the dumbells For your workout into your day. !!
