Only history buffs will get this. These kids were yelling at cars as they passed Sonic tonight after the football game. My office at church is right across the street from them. I had heard this yell before except it was on YouTube . I walked over to them and asked if they had heard of the Rebel Yell before? They looked confused. I told them to Google Rebel Yell from old civil war soldiers in the 1930s. They did and said. Hey that sounds like us. They must have copied us! Must be a genetic link.However at the end one of the girls, and she was very serious , asked, Did you fight in the civil war? I just smiled, and said not that I could remember:)
