Operations Manager Required – Greater Manchester Operations Manager - Care Homes Greater Manchester - North West Up to £40,000 per annum plus excellent benefits (Company Car, Laptop, iPhone) In Touch Recruitment are working on behalf of a well-established and highly successful care home provider to recruit an experienced and motivated Operations Manager for their homes throughout Greater Manchester and Cheshire. The role will involve effectively managing a group of residential and nursing homes to ensure the smooth running of the services. You would be responsible for ensuring compliance, quality, dealing with complaints, taking control of management/budgets/staffing and the organisation require a strong capability to work and deliver on business KPIs. The successful candidate would become part of a strong Senior Management team, therefore, any care experience is advantageous but not essential and good experience of Home Management or Regional Management is required. Also, a sound understanding and working knowledge of CQC and associated legislations are required along with excellent communication and problem solving skills.
