Operations Supervisor Job Description • To effectively coordinate the drivers and/riders and driver and/rider’s leader to ensure all schedules are met and all projects undertaken by the OS are completed on time • To contribute to staffing of driver and/or riders for their store in charge when appropriate • To have schedule fulfilment as according to protocol • To provide an excellent service to all Hub Managers and Operation Manager • To produce detailed and thorough reports to all stakeholders • To contribute and agreed to the Department income target Requirements: Min. “O” level Two years experience working in Logistics Operation, Courier, or FMCG environment A good team player and able to communicate to all levels of personnel Ability to work to a high standard under pressure to ensure deadlines and targets met Strong administrative and word processing skills, proficient in all Microsoft Office packages, including Excel and familiar with preparing PowerPoint presentations Good interpersonal skills Excellent working relationships with all Partners Ability to undertake additional responsibilities and preparation for next level job scope Able to commit to work on rotating shifts, weekends, and public holidays 5 days work week Salary up to $2k Interested applicants, email your resume to carine.chew@niche-asia
