Oracle DB Administrator @ hospius – Alexandria Responsibilities Troubleshooting database performance issues Monitoring and troubleshooting application activities from database side. Doing the usual DB schemas reset whenever needed to do any restore. Deep Knowledge In: •Oracle DB Administration. •Solid knowledge in SQL scripting and analysis. •Oracle DB performance tuning. •Oracle clustering and large scale DB installations. •Web logic knowledge is a plus. •Web applications knowledge is a plus. Skills/Qualifications: The DBA is responsible for supporting the application teams during project activities in any database related tasks (support / installation). Troubleshooting performance issues that is DB related. Perform actions on DB that the Application team is not authorized and don’t have the needed permissions to do like DB schemas reset. Implementing enhancement and performance tuning scripts and procedures. Work on HIS Software 3 years at least.
